Network costs per message

Once you go live, mobile network charges will apply for each SMS sent and/or received in addition to your Impaxio subscription plan. Most clients pay Impaxio for these costs directly for these costs - check here the availability of SMS and/or WhatsApp Surveys for your country (where you would like to send out your surveys to). For clients with larger traffic volumes, it is also possible to connect with their own own shortcodes / channels through a third party mobile network gateway, in which case clients pay the third party directly. Don't worry,  Impaxio advises you along the way and advices you on the best choice for your use case.

We offer several different subscription options, including a starter plan, a growth plan, and a pro plan. The cost of each plan varies depending on the volume of messages included. Think about your envisaged scale, and pick the plan with the right volume included. You can downgrade and upgrade at anytime.

At the end of your free trial, you'll automatically move to your selected paid plan unless you cancel before the end of the your trial. You can cancel anytime during your trial period.
